How does our guaranty work?
If you don't pass your LPI exam, you can retake the preparation course until you pass. We have the following policies associated with retake of a course:
- First-time paid students are given priority in cases of limited seating
- Only the original student may participate. No new enrollments.
- New/Updated courseware is not included
- Travel expenses are not included
- If meals are included, the student will be charged for the meal fee
